Apparently Kids Don't Spread COVID at Daycare
Over the weekend I spoke with a Placer County teacher. At their school, the teachers are working from the school performing distance learning from their own classrooms. But get this, many of the kids are also at the school! That's where the city run daycare "Adventure Club" operates from. So the teachers can be at the school, and the kids can be at the school, and the kids can interact with each other and with adults (the daycare supervision) just not with the teachers, I guess.
The school isn't open because the districts and teacher's union have enough power to keep it from happening.
