A recent report stated that among unvaccinated individuals 4 out of 5 tell pollsters they have no plans to get vaccinated. The report questioned how many of these people are full on “anti-vaxxers” versus simple "anti-taskers", people who just don’t seem interested enough to set up an appointment. I believe it’s clear the media is forgotting a major group of people who won't get vaccinated - The Previously Infected.
Our Public Health Betters don't like to mention it, but study after study shows that the natural immunity gained from prior infection of Sars-CoV2 is as good if not better than vaccinated immunity. Over 100 million Americans have gained this immunity and while many have gone on to get vaxxed a large fraction have decided, correctly in my opinion, that they don't need the shot.
Why take the risk ( be it real or imagined) if you have nothing to gain from it?
When you add in the naturally immune to our vaccination numbers the country is well past the 70% percent goal, and the pandemic is in the rearview mirror. The only hard part left is getting our government to realize it...
Anyway 0 and 2...
